SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

This Shipping & Returns Policy (the “Policy”) governs all purchases, deliveries, and return-related matters in connection with products distributed by Monster Middle East FZE (“Monster”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) through YallaCricut.com and its related Services. By placing an order or purchasing any product distributed by Monster Middle East FZE, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Policy.


1. SHIPPING

Monster Middle East FZE facilitates distribution across the Middle East region through a combination of direct fulfillment and authorised retail partners. Shipping availability, timelines, and delivery options may vary depending on the country and city of delivery, product availability, and logistics or courier constraints. All delivery timelines provided are estimates only. While we aim to meet expected delivery windows, we do not guarantee delivery dates and shall not be liable for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier delays, force majeure events, or regional disruptions. Unless otherwise stated, all risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the designated shipping address.


2. AUTHORISED SALES CHANNELS

Monster Middle East FZE distributes products through authorised retailers, e-commerce platforms, and partners across the region. Where a product is purchased through a third-party retailer, including but not limited to Virgin Megastore, Sharaf DG, Amazon, Noon, or other authorised partners, the transaction is subject to the retailer’s own terms and conditions.


3. RETURNS POLICY

All sales are final. Monster Middle East FZE does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchase decisions, opened or used products, or any non-fault-related claims. Returns or replacements are only considered in the case of a verified manufacturing defect or product fault.

To initiate a review for a faulty product, you must provide valid proof of purchase in the form of an invoice or receipt, along with clear video evidence demonstrating the fault or issue. Failure to provide both requirements will result in rejection of the claim. All faulty product claims are subject to review and validation by our technical or support team and approval remains at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to request additional information or testing, reject claims that do not meet fault criteria, or redirect customers to the original retailer.


4. RETAIL PURCHASES

If your product was purchased through an authorised retailer, you must return to the original point of purchase and follow the retailer’s returns and warranty process. Monster Middle East FZE does not process returns, exchanges, or refunds directly for products purchased through retail partners.


5. OUT-OF-REGION PURCHASES

Monster Middle East FZE does not accept any responsibility for products purchased outside the Middle East region. We do not process returns for out-of-region purchases, provide warranty support for products not intended for this market, or accept claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers or foreign marketplaces. All such purchases are made at your own risk.


6. WARRANTY SUPPORT

Where applicable, products may be covered under a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims must comply with regional warranty terms and are subject to validation and inspection. In certain cases, coordination with the original retailer or manufacturer may be required.


7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Monster Middle East FZE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications. We are not responsible for claims relating to purchases made outside authorised channels.
